5 Minutes of Tai Chi 太極拳

After the warm-up, I continue with 5 minutes of Tai Chi (Taiqiquan 太極拳). Tai Chi is an old Chinese martial art. It consists of slow movements combined with breathing exercises. The aim is to allow the "Qi" (Chinese for life energy) to flow again. For me, it's relaxing (like some kind of meditation but with movement) and I love to start my day with Tai Chi.
