I start my day with 5 minutes of Tabata Training. Tabata was the Japanese researcher who invented this technique. It consists of small cardio exercises (like jumping jacks, alternating jump lunges, or high knees) which you will perform for 20 seconds, and then a rest period for 10 seconds between one exercise and the next one. You can do 8-10 exercises which means 4 or 5 minutes. The best thing about Tabata is that you can have cardio training in only 5 minutes and don’t need to go jogging for 30 minutes (which you can also do if you like, but most people don’t). In addition to that, it’s a good warm-up for your body.
