5 Minutes Feet and Shoulders

Next, I do a 5-minute gymnastics training for feet and shoulders. Training the feet is very important because they carry us through our whole lives and unfortunately they don't get much attention from us.

Very similar it happens with our shoulders and back. Most of us sit in front of our laptops the entire day and therefore we need strong shoulder/back muscles. You can train them of course with heavy weight or just like me without any equipment.
