5 Minutes of Fascia Training

I have been performing fascia training since 2018. The fascia is also called connective tissue and is like a net under your entire skin from head to toe. It’s important to do fascia training because with time this connective tissue starts sticking together and loses elasticity. You can do fascia training with or without equipment. I use a foam roll and I also have two-day routines:

 

Day 1: legs and glutes

Day 2: shoulders and back

 

Fascia training isn’t very comfortable. Sometimes it feels very uncomfortable at the moment, but after the training, you will feel really satisfied. If you keep doing it for weeks or months you will see that it's less and less uncomfortable, because your fascia will gain elasticity again.
