Health means Life

Our health is the most important thing we have. I started my health journey in 2014 while I was living in Brazil and noticed huge physical and mental changes. Obviously one of my goals is to have a nice body shape, but that’s not the main goal: Health is much more important to me. As a result, I combine sports, with different kinds of training (cardio, muscle, stretching) and healthy nutrition. In this section, you will find short daily fitness routines and healthy food recommendations.
