communication coach. In the book, he gives advice on how to boost the perception and the opinions others have of you. He gives simple tricks, for example, to be a good listener (listen more and
speak less) or to remember people’s names. Of course, this advice is very general and also obvious, but in a normal conversation, you don’t really think about these things. So, it’s good to be
reminded again.

situations. She explains a lot about body language but also about which words to use etc. Very useful!
