World Citizen, Polyglot, and Jobtester: Travel and Languages

I have always been fascinated by traveling and languages. I grew up in a bicultural and bilingual environment (German-Spanish). When I was 17 years old I went to Brazil for a year of school. This was when I decided that I wanted to spend my life moving around and trying different jobs or opportunities. Since then, I have spent 1 year in Peru volunteering, 3 months in Brazil working at the German Embassy, 3 months in Mexiko as an English teacher, 1 semester in Myanmar at university, 9 months in Pakistan working in Tech and as Blogger, Model, and Vlogger and a year as digital nomad which has allowed me to spend 3 months in Turkey, 3 months in Vietnam, and 3 months in Thailand. After my mother languages German and Spanish I learned English, French, and Italian at my bilingual High School (German-French), Portuguese while in Brazil, Arabic for my voluntary project with refugees in Germany, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Burmese and Indonesian for my university studies (International Cultural and Business Studies with focus on South-East Asia), Urdu and Hindi while in Pakistan and Turkish while in Turkey.

Scanner personality: Fashion and Beauty, Music and Dance, Sports and Nutrition

A "scanner" is a person who is interested and talented in many different areas of life (contrary to a "diver" who is interested and talented in one area). Maybe the words "Generalist" and "Specialist" seem more familiar to you. Some people are "scanners" and others are "divers". None of these is better than the other. On the contrary: We need both of them in our world. From a very young age, I knew that I was a "generalist". It started in school where I was taught that people who are good in languages or social sciences are bad in maths and vice-versa. But I was good in both and I loved both as well (in fact for my A-Levels I chose French and Maths as my main subjects - for many people a weird combination but for me, it makes total sense). Many people in our society believe as well that you can either be smart or sexy. But I refuse to believe that. I can be a bikini model and at the same time, I can also get excellent grades at university. I don't think this is a "or ... or ..." game. People can have and follow different passions in life (if they want to) and shape their identities accordingly. My interests are Fashion, Music/Dance, and Sports. I like to combine these interests with my passion for living abroad. So whenever I go to a country I check out their (traditional) fashion, their music and dance, and their sports. I have already worked as a model, dancer, and DJ in different countries.

Educator and Peace Activist: Education

I have been teaching for as long as I can remember - starting from helping classmates in primary school to teaching languages in High School to tutoring students at university in Accounting. For me, education is one of the most important things in the world and I see it as my duty to share the knowledge that I have gained so far.
